How it works
Rankings you can trust
We use public, independently observable data. No business can buy their way in.
We regularly collect public ratings and review counts for businesses in each category and city.
Each business gets a score based on star rating, review volume, and rating confidence. More reviews means more weight.
The top 5 highest-scoring businesses earn the ranking. The next 5 appear as Also Recommended.
